We finally purchased our first home and during the inspection some termite damage was overlooked. Our realtor called your company and Jerry came out to examine it. He was very apologetic, helpful and acted with enormous courtesy. He saw our problem and arranged a time for someone to fix the damage. The technician who fixed the wall was professional, polite and did an outstanding job. We were very satisfied with the job that he performed.

We found this to be an outstanding example of customer service and corporate integrity and we feel that this experience should be noted. Sadly, in this day these moments are few and far between. Furthermore, we will be using your company for all our exterminating need and will be happy to refer others we know also.

To whom it may concern:

Several months ago, I contacted your company to come to my home and evaluate the termite infestations that were left untreated by another termite company. The reason for my writing you at this time is that I wanted to thank you for making that visit.

During my long journey of fixing the problem, I had to contact the State of California’s Pest Control Board and because their work was so inferior, they were ordered to come back and do the work “right away.” So basically, your company didn’t get the work and I feel bad about that.

Please mail (or deliver) some of your company flyers and in return, I will personally pass one out to every homeowner in our association. Hopefully, this effort might help you rustle up some additional business. I wouldn’t do this normally, but I was so impressed with your company’s timely response and professionalism that I want to help. I hope this will be of some benefit to your company.

Dear Staff Person:

This rather brief letter is simply to inform you that I was at home the first time that my home was serviced by your technician. I also happened to be at home the second time; or more properly stated, the time I requested a reapplication. Mr. Rivas was the technician on both occasions.

I had a number of questions of your employee and I must say, he was most courteous with his replies. I left my home feeling Mr. Rivas seemed to possess a truly positive character and that he would do his best to resolve my problem with pests such as ants. The ants reappeared, and I requested the reapplication service. As a member of our Board of Directors, we are making every effort to bring the problem with ants and such under control.

I have been remiss in not sending you this brief letter sooner. Nonetheless, I feel you should be informed when an employee is a positive representative for your company.
